Dr. Starbird Awarded the "Great Doctor Award" -- Tuesday, March 9 2010

(NORTH BRANCH) -- Marlette Regional Hospital's Dr. William J. Starbird of North Branch Family HealthCare, recently received the "Great Doctor Award" from Health Plus of Michigan. The recognition is awarded quarterly and Dr. Starbird is the first to be honored in 2010. To be considered for the award, physicians must be nominated by a patient that uses his or her practice. Further consideration is given to the quality of customer service provided by the office staff, the access to care for Health Plus patients, and routine quality of care checks performed by Health Plus. Dr. Starbird's nomination was submitted anonymously by a longtime patient.
