(PORT HURON) -- St. Clair County Drug Task Force officers seized illegal drugs during two raids and a traffic stop this week. The first took place Tuesday when deputies conducted a traffic stop on I-94 at Water Street in Port Huron around 9 p.m. Three people were arrested when deputies found heroin packaged for sale, valued at $1,200 and cash inside the vehicle. A small child was relocated with a family member. The stop secured a search warrant for a home in the 2700 block of Gratiot Avenue where Special Response Team members and Drug Task Force officers seized heroin, cocaine, cash, analog drugs, and a digital scale. A total of six people were arrested during both raids. The suspects include four Port Huron area men ages 20, 22, 28, and 31, a 25-year old Lexington woman and a 41-year old Port Huron woman. A home in the 3100 block of Electric in Port Huron was searched Wednesday night after officers received several tips of narcotic sales from multiple sources. Crack cocaine valued at $2,300, marijuana, $600 in cash, digital scales, and a vehicle was seized from the residence. A 27-year old man and 25-year old woman were arrested at the scene and two young children were relocated with a family member.
