LOS ANGELES (AP) - Justin Bieber hopes things will change now that a paparazzo was killed after taking pictures of Bieber's Ferrari on the side of a freeway. Bieber says "hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation" and anything else that protects celebrities, officers, bystanders and the photographers themselves. Police say the man was taking photos of the car when the driver was given a traffic ticket. A friend was driving and Bieber wasn't in the car. After taking the shots, the man ran across the street and was hit by an SUV that carried him about 30 feet on the hood of the car. An elderly woman was driving with two small grandchildren in the back seat. Her husband came and took them away.
