NEW YORK (AP) - A good chunk of Ellen DeGeneres' fortune is not because of her talk show or her endorsements. It's because she's an expert house-flipper. Forbes magazine reports DeGeneres made a $15 million profit on a house she bought six months ago and just sold to Facebook co-founder Sean Parker. DeGeneres has flipped about half a dozen properties. She did take a bath on one project, though. She spent at least $48 million on a property that she eventually sold to Ryan Seacrest for $37 million, and that doesn't count her renovation costs.
