(MARLETTE) -- United Hospice Service of Marlette Regional Hospital has honored Diana Hutchinson of Brown City as Volunteer of the Year during the 2012 Michigan Hospice and Palliative Care Organization Volunteer Symposium held in Bellaire, Michigan. Diana has been with hospice for just over 2-years and has embraced many aspects of the services with a welcoming eagerness. Diana immediately became involved in the annual Hospice Walk, Hospice Luncheon, children and teens' grief camp-Camp United, as well as constantly going above and beyond for patients at the Hospice Residence. She is also an active member of the well-known motorcycle group Hog Town Inc. that has devoted their fundraising efforts to the hospice program.
