(TUSCOLA COUNTY) -- Michigan State Police Troopers say a Caro area man faces eight felony and seven misdemeanor charges in connection to an investigation into felonious assault and operating while intoxicated. The incident took place in Wells Township in Tuscola County on Monday. The three were transported to Caro Community Hospital and later released. Troopers and the Conservation Officer involved in the first crash, took the suspect into custody.
