(MARLETTE) -- Marlette School Board members Monday night were presented the amended General Appropriations Budget for the 2013-2014 fiscal year and the General Appropriations Budget for the 2014-2015 fiscal year by Finance Director Cheryl Bruff. Superintendent Alan Broughton reported that both budgets bring good new for the district, but emphasized that even with the improving numbers, the board and administration must continue to be frugal in spending.
