LOS ANGELES (AP) - Here's the power of Marilyn Monroe: a pair of rhinestone earrings she wore to the premiere of a film she wasn't even in has sold at auction for $185,000. Julien's Auctions sold the earrings over the weekend. Monroe wore them to the opening of "The Rose Tattoo" in 1955. The buyer was a foreign collector. Humphrey Bogart's lighter also sold for $19,200, and David Hasselhoff's 1986 Pontiac Firebird sold for $152,600.
