MIAMI (AP) - Justin Bieber has Valentine's Day plans - but this is a legal date, not a romantic one. He's due in a Florida court February 14 to face charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license. The arraignment that day for the 19-year-old singer will see prosecutors formally file charges, and have the defendant enter a plea. It may be that The Beeb's lawyer can enter the plea in writing - and the singer may not have to attend the procedure. Bieber and R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff were arrested last week in Miami Beach during what police described as an illegal street drag race. Neither is charged with drag racing. But police say Bieber admitted smoking pot, drinking and taking a prescription drug.
