MANILA, Philippines (AP) - This time, Justin Bieber is making headlines for trying to help, instead of some of the other stuff he's been making the news for this year. The singer has visited the Philippines - and is asking his fans to help the victims of last month's killer typhoon. The Beeb posted a video on a fundraising Web site, asking for his fans to help. He's one of several American artists who have visited the Philippines since the disaster. Alicia Keys visited an air base in Manila two weeks ago to hand out crayons and coloring books to children affected by the storm. The typhoon let nearly 6,000 dead and more than 1,700 missing - and flattened entire towns and villages in the central Philippines.
