NLCS resumes Monday in LA

LOS ANGELES (AP) - The National League Championship Series resumes today in Los Angeles as the Dodgers take on the St. Louis Cardinals. The Dodgers will go with rookie hurler Hyun-jin Ryu against Cardinals ace Adam Wainwright. The Cardinals lead the series 2-0, taking the opener 3-2 in 13 innings before shutting out the Dodgers 1-0 in Game 2. The first pitch will be thrown at 8:07 p.m.

Meanwhile, the Dodgers and shortstop Hanley Ramirez are awaiting results of a CT scan on his left ribs. He got hit by a pitch from Joe Kelly in the opener but stayed in to play all 13 innings of a 3-2 loss Friday. He was a late scratch for Game 2.
