LOS ANGELES (AP) - Turns out it wasn't a fake feud. But after watching Kanye West go on and on about himself on Jimmy Kimmel's show last night, you couldn't blame some viewers for wishing it was. The rapper agreed to the comedian's invitation to come on the show after the two went hard at each other on Twitter last week. It started when West talked about how big a star he was in a BBC interview - and Kimmel parodied the interview by staging it with two kids drinking milkshakes reading the transcript of the chat. Both denied their feud was a publicity stunt. West says he was upset at Kimmel because the two had met before - and that he thought he wasn't being taken seriously. The rapper acknowledged he was over the top in his call to Kimmel and tweets about him, saying he "took it back to high school for a bit." During a rambling monologue that took up most of the rest of the show West repeated that he was a genius - and complained that the media treat celebrities like him "like zoo animals."
