(FLYNN TOWNSHIP) -- Sanilac County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a single-vehicle roll over crash that injured two men Sunday afternoon in Flynn Township. Sheriff Biniecki says the crash occurred shortly before 2 p.m. on Isles Road south of W. Peck Road when the driver of a Ford F-150 pick-up left the roadway and entered a field on the west side of the road. The truck rolled several times, coming to rest on its side. Deputies say that the driver, a 49-year old Brown City man, was able to free himself from the pick-up with assistance from a passing motorist who cut his seat belt. The Brown City Fire Department used their Jaws of Life to free his passenger, a 68-year old Fostoria man. Both were transported to Marlette Regional Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The names of the two men involved have not being released. Deputies believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
