(PORT HURON) -- A 46-year old man released from the St. Clair County jail to attend a funeral and never returned, was taken back into custody Thursday afternoon. St. Clair County Drug Task Force members were able to locate Donald Lee in the city of Port Huron. Lee was released from jail at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday and mandated to return by 2 p.m. following his nephew's funeral. His nephew is homicide victim Daniel McRoberts. 29-year old McRoberts and 26-year old Melissa Ichenberg were found dead July 30 at the Gratiot Village Apartment complex in Port Huron. Their suspected killer, 31-year old Manuel Gamez of Port Huron, is being held without bond and will appear in court August 20. Donald Lee is set to be arraigned on escape charges. He was serving a year in jail for felony domestic violence-third offense.
