(PORT AUSTIN) -- Two suspects involved in a drug raid that took place May 31 in Port Austin have been arrested. Huron County Sheriff Kelly Hanson says officers seized several syringes, meth manufacturing materials, and drug paraphernalia from the home at 298 Washington Street, where the two suspects were living. 37-year old Michael Apley has been charged with felony operating/maintaining a laboratory involving meth. He remains lodged on a $75,000 or 10% cash bond. 33-year old Crystal White was charged with felony operating/maintaining a laboratory and bonded out of jail on a $10,000 or 10% cash bond. Two other search warrants were served May 31 resulting in the seizure of meth manufacturing materials, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana plants. Sheriff Hanson says more arrests are expected.
