MIAMI (AP) - His attorney says he didn't mind getting a slap on the butt from Chad Johnson - and the judge hearing his case shouldn't have, either. Adam Swickle is asking Broward County Circuit Judge Kathleen McHugh to reconsider the 30-day sentence she gave the former NFL star on Monday. McHugh was all set to accept a plea deal that would have spared Johnson jail time. But she changed her mind when Johnson swatted his attorney on the butt, a slap that drew laughter from spectators and court personnel. The judge says Johnson's slap indicated he wasn't taking his case seriously. But his lawyer says the butt pat wasn't meant as a sign of disrespect for the judge - and even if it was, shouldn't have earned Johnson a 30-day sentence. Johnson had reached a deal with prosecutors for community service and counseling to resolve a probation violation from his no-contest plea last year to battery on his then-wife, TV star Evelyn Lozada.
