WASHINGTON (AP) - Justin Bieber has gone diamond. The Recording Industry Association of America says his single "Baby" is now platinum 12 times over - making it the highest song certification ever. It takes at least 10 million sales to qualify for diamond status. Others reaching the threshold include Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" and Eminem's "Love The Way You Lie." Expect more stars to reach the diamond level soon. Last month, the RIAA began including on-demand streams to its tally. Last month alone, a record 153 digital singles went gold or platinum.
