(SPEAKER TOWNSHIP) -- Detectives with the Sanilac County Sheriff's Department are investigating a break-in that occurred at the South Sanilac Veterinary Hospital sometime between Monday evening and early Tuesday. The vet clinic is located at 7020 Brockway Road. Employees called authorities around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday after finding the building had been broken into. The thieves took an undisclosed amount of Ketamine. The drug is used on humans and animals for the purpose of general anesthesia and is usually combined with a sedative.
