(PORT HURON) -- Port Huron Police Detective Lieutenant Duane Loxton says a fourth suspect has been charged in connection to the torture, criminal sexual conduct and unlawful imprisonment investigation that was reported last week in the city of Port Huron. 18-year old Talon Ferguson of Port Huron was charged with multiple counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. Ferguson remains jailed after bond was set at $100,000. Bond was denied for the three other named suspects charged in the case--21-year old Vito Hale, 19-year old Conrad Evenson, and 18-year old Bobby Joe Main. The four defendants are scheduled to appear for a preliminary exam on February 12 at 1:30 p.m. Authorities say the two victims in this case suffered alleged assault over a lengthy period of time.
