A Tuscola County man is facing 50 charges related to the child pornography that Michigan State Police found on his computer.

Andrew Ralston, a 64-year-old Akron man, found himself under investigation after the state police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force learned he was allegedly viewing the criminal material on the internet. Following arrest and seizure of his digital devices, Ralston was charged with 25 counts of aggravated possession of sexually abusive material, and 25 charges for using a computer to commit a crime. One charge of aggravated sexually abusive materials carries a maximum sentence of 10 years and maximum fines of $50,000.

Ralston was arraigned in Tuscola County District Court last week.
