Tuscola County Sheriff deputies responded Saturday night to a call concerning a single vehicle crash. Receiving the call at 10:00p.m., deputies arrived at the scene located on Oak Road, north of Barnes Road in Millington Township, to find the 39-year-old UTV driver.
The man from Millington had been riding his 2021 Polaris UTV without a helmet or seatbelt when he lost control, causing the vehicle to flip on its side and eject the driver. Despite life-saving measures taken by deputies, the man succumbed to his injuries and died shortly after.
