The Sandusky Community School Board accepted 3 resignations and a new hire at their monthly meeting last Monday, May 16. The board welcomed new Jr/Sr High Science teacher, Charlotte Schulz, who will begin the position in the fall, and accepted the resignations of elementary teacher Tiffany Roberts, and JV coaches Heath Harris and Kristen Guibord. Roberts’ resignation will go into effect at the end of the school year.

Also at last week’s meeting, Superintendent Paul Flynn reported that the elementary school gym floor and asbestos removal project is now underway, with the school security camera installation project continuing on as well. The board meets again tonight, May 23, at 5:30 p.m. for a special meeting before the next monthly meeting on June 27. Both meetings will take place at Sandusky’s Jr/Sr High School in the Board of Education room.
