The Huron County Sheriff Department responded to a two-vehicle crash late last weekend that sent two people to the hospital. According to the department, deputies were called to the scene on Caseville road, near Deering Drive, in Winsor Township, around 2:30 p.m. Sunday . Deputies say 35-year old Nathan Licht of Pigeon was headed north and attempting to make a turn on to Deering Drive and turned in front of a south bound GMC Terrain driven by 17 year old Savannah Schulz of Pigeon. After impact, Licht’s Ram pickup slid off the roadway, while the Terrain came to rest in the roadway, according to deputies.Schulz and her passenger, 16-year old Landen Bolda of Pigeon were both taken to Schurer Hospital in Pigeon from treatment of injuries while Licht was not hurt.
