The Sanilac County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the deaths of two people found over the weekend in Sanilac Township. Authorities responded to a residence in the 7000 block of Suerwier Road Saturday morning to find a 53-year old male and a 51-year old female dead inside the home. Both of the deceased lived at the residence. Police say the incident appears to be isolated, but are not releasing further details pending investigation.
