Sanilac County COVID-19 cases by zip codes

The southern half of Sanilac County, with the largest population of the county, continues to have the largest number of COVID-19 cases.

Of the 36 cases announced in the county earlier this week, the southern half, south of M-46 has 29 of those cases.

County officials produce a zone map daily, showing locations of COVID-19 cases by zip codes.

The southeast quadrant, including the Croswell and Lexington area, has 18 cases while the southwest corner of the corner, including Brown City and Marlette, has 1 cases.

By zip codes, the Croswell area is the highest in the county with nine cases, Carsonville has five cases and the Brown City area has four.

There have been three cases in the Sandusky area while Lexington, Marlette, Melvin, Palms and county residents in the Yale zip code all have two cases.

The overall number of coronavirus cases in Sanilac County have remained relatively unchanged for the past two weeks or more.
