About an hour after a rollover accident in Marlette Township, Sanilac County Sheriff Deputies were called to another rollover accident, this one on Old 51 in Washington Township, south of Carsonville.
Deputies say a 24-year old Croswell woman sustained injuries after the pickup truck she was driving rolled over in a ditch.
According to deputies, Samantha Ringwelski swerved to miss a deer around 3 p.m. while traveling north on Old 51 near Washington Road.
Ringwelski was reported to have been wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and alcohol does not appear to have been a factor, according to deputies.
She was transported to McKenzie Health System for treatment of injuries.
