Police searching for suspects in Port Huron phone store robbery

The Boost Mobile store on 24th Street in Port Huron Township was robbed at gunpoint yesterday afternoon. According to St. Clair County Sheriff Tim Donnellon, deputies were called to respond to the store shortly after 2:00 p.m. Monday. When they arrived, an employee said he was helping two men who said they wanted to buy a phone. The employee went back to retrieve a phone. When he returned, he was ordered at gunpoint to the bathroom of the store, where he was told to stay. The suspects stole approximately $10,000 worth of phones from the store safe. The suspects then fled the store. The suspects are described as two black males with average build, one with shoulder length dreadlocks, the other with short hair.
