In response to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak and in accordance with Governor Whitmer’s executive order released on Saturday, March 14, 2020, Marlette Regional Hospital has implemented further measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of all who enter our facilities.
Marlette Regional Hospital and healthcare facilities across the State of Michigan are assessing for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors for all individuals not under their care who are seeking entry into their facilities.
In order to ensure that all who enter the hospital facility are screened, including staff, effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, all doors will be locked with the exception of the entrances listed. Please note the associated open/lock times listed.
- ER entrance: Open 24/7
- Main Entrance: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday); 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. (Saturday)
- Medical Office Building (west entrance): 7:00 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Monday – Friday only)
- Seton (east entrance): 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Monday – Friday only)
- Employee Entrance/Loading Dock (staff only)
Clinical personnel are stationed at these entrances to perform COVID-19 screenings. All healthcare facilities including Marlette Regional Hospital have been instructed to deny entry to any individual with COVID-19 symptoms or risk factors.
Marlette Regional Hospital’s outpatient hours of operation at the main hospital facility have changed as a result of COVID-19 visitor restrictions and will be in place until further notice. Services impacted include clinic visits, laboratory, imaging, cardiopulmonary, surgery, and therapy services. Hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed
