A 38-year old Sebewaing man has been arrested after allegedly attacking a woman as she was leaving work. According to the Saginaw County Sheriff’s Office, Justin Sabin has been charged with the attack that took place early Monday morning at a restaurant near a shopping corridor in the area of Bay and Tittabawassee Roads, north of Saginaw. Police say it is the second violent crime to happen in the area in the past week. According to a police report, the woman was walking to her car after closing the business around 1:30 a.m. and Sabin allegedly appeared from the shadows to attack her. Investigators say the woman fought back, kicking Sabin who then ran off and was later captured by police. The suspect remains jailed and is awaiting further court action.
