(SANDUSKY) – The 4th annual Purses for a Purpose event is scheduled for Saturday, February 29th in the banquet room of Benchwarmer’s.
The event will feature like new purses to purchase at a set price as well as brand new and gently used upscale purses via silent auction.
This year there is a new fun item during the evening as the group plans to sell “blind bags” that contain a beauty item that will help fill purchased beauty bags or purses.
Organizers say participants may find anything from a travel hair spray to high end lipstick.
Tickets are being sold at a discounted rate prior to the event and will be slightly higher at the door. Light appetizers will be provided as well as a cash bar.
Doors open promptly at 6:00 pm with silent auction starting at 6:30 and ending at 8:00 p.m.
Everyone is encouraged to come out and support another successful fundraiser that helps both Sandusky Community School’s libraries.
