(SANDUSKY) – Anyone looking to buy a former school has to look no further than in Sandusky. The Sandusky school district has listed Maple Valley School for sale, after consolidating grade levels several years ago in a cost-savings move.
Superintendent Paul Flynn said the school’s portion of the building measures just over 64,000 square feet and sits on just under 20 acres of property.
Flynn said although the school board has not officially announced a starting asking price, an appraised amount of $195,000 will be a starting point for discussion.
At this point, Flynn said there have been no prospective buyers make contact with him.
