An investigating into the breaking and entering of multiple vehicles is keeping Sandusky police busy as they search for answers in the thefts.

Sandusky Police Chief Brett Lester feels the break-ins are connected and is seeking the public’s help in gathering information.

Larcenies of vehicles began just before Christmas, according to police, and have continued in to the New Year.

Police say in all of the heists, vehicles were parked in residential driveways and were not locked.

The thefts have been spread all over town, including the areas of Woodland Drive and Gates Road on the west side of Sandusky.
