The vehicle lost control and left the roadway striking a tree on S. Fulton St. less than a block away. The suspect displayed a knife towards the owner of the vehicle as he approached the crash site. The suspect then ran south on S. Fulton St. As police units were responding Dispatch notified Sandusky Community Schools to be placed into lock-down for their safety as the schools are approximately 6 city blocks away.
