Bomb threat at Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School

Sanilac County Sheriff Department investigators are looking into a bomb threat called in to a school earlier this morning. According to authorities, the department received a call from school officials at Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School advising a student found a message written on a wall in the restroom referencing a potential bomb threat.
Sanilac County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the school to assess the threat level and help ensure safety to all students along with the Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School staff. The school was cleared by Deputies and school staff and also by Sanilac County K-9 Baki who is trained in explosive odor detection and nothing was located and the students resumed normal activities.
