Tuscola County man charged in double homicide

A 36-year old man was convicted Wednesday on several counts in the case of the death of two people in Watertown Township in March of 2018. Adam Balcer was convicted on multiple charges including two counts of First Degree Premeditated Murder. The charges stem from the double homicide in Tuscola County Easter weekend. 45-year old Peter Brodick was shot a single time in the head at his residence while 55-year old Wendy Brodick was shot twice in the head as she drove her truck on Millington Road while Balcer was a passenger. She was later found near a silo in Millington Township. Sentencing for Balcer is scheduled for March 18th.
