Construction on another commercial building in the Sandusky area is underway as the property that will house Greenstone Farm Credit has been cleared. Preliminary work began earlier this year for the 7,000 square-foot building located just east of Open Door Missionary church on W. Sanilac Ave. Depending on weather conditions, it is hoped the new building will be completed by the Spring of 2019. The new structure will house the financial lending institution that has been a fixture in downtown Sandusky for many years.
