Two men arraigned in break in at Blue Water Compassion Center

Two Port Huron men have been arraigned on charges related to an attempted break-in at a medical marijuana center in Sanilac County’s Worth Township. 25-year old Kyle Fox and 20-year old Travis Mcvay, were arraigned Monday on charges of conspiracy to commit breaking and entering and trespassing. They are due back in court Nov. 13. The owners of the Blue Water Compassion Medical Marijuana Center said a security guard had detained two men who had attempted to break into the facility November 4th. Investigators believe the men had been trying to make entry when a security guard was alerted and gave chase. Investigators believe the men were offered a sum of money from third parties in the Port Huron area to break into the compassion center and steal marijuana. It is also believed another person accompanied the two men, but was able to flee without detection according to police.
