The preliminary examination for a Burtchville Township man facing federal child porn charges has been postponed. A United States Magistrate signed an order Monday to adjourn the May 23 preliminary examination and rescheduled it for August. A complaint filed accuses 63-year-old Jack Woodburn of coercion and enticement, access with intent to view and receipt of child pornography and producing or attempting to produce child pornography. The complaint alleges Woodburn used a chat-based website to sexually exploit young girls. Woodburn had served as Director of counseliong at Colonial Woods Missionary Church. Officals with the church say Woodburn left his position earlier this year and they did not know about the investigation until seeing it in various media outlets.
