Dick Coulter, age 83 of North Branch, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018. Services will be held Wednesday, March 14th at 11:00 a.m. at North Branch Wesleyan Church. Visitation at the Blackburn Chapel – Martin Funeral Home Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m., and at the church Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
