St. Clair County DTF makes drug arrests

Police investigate possible illegal drugs

(ST. CLAIR COUNTY – KIMBALL TOWNSHIP) – The St. Clair County Drug Task Force team released the following press release Friday afternoon:

“Thursday evening members of the DTF executed a search warrant in the 4500 block of Lapeer road Kimball Township. Just prior to the St Clair County special response team executing the search warrant, a vehicle was seen leaving the residence. The vehicle and occupants were detained by members of the DTF.

In the vehicle DTF located a 23-year old female and a 24-year old male from Port Huron. Inside the home members of SRT located a 47-year old male and a 42-year old female both from Kimball Township. SRT also located a 24 year old female and a 27-year old male from Port Huron in a fifth wheel camper parked on the property.

Upon searching the vehicle, DTF located $3000 worth of crystal meth, a quantity of marijuana, heroin, analogue pills and packaging material. Both adults were taken into custody the female faces charges of possession with intent to deliver meth and analogue’s, possession of marijuana, habitual offender as well as having an outstanding felony narcotics warrant out of St Clair County. The male is facing charges of possession with intent to deliver heroin.

During the search of the home members of DTF seized a shotgun, ammunition, psilocybin mushrooms, packaging material, scales and drug paraphernalia.

The 47 year old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of St Clair County and will also face charges of a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and felon in possession of ammunition. The 42 year old female is facing charges of possession of psilocybin mushrooms.

Inside the trailer members of the DTF located $450 worth of crystal meth, user amounts of heroin, marijuana as well as analogue pills, packaging material and drug paraphernalia.

Both individuals inside the trailer were arrested and face charges of frequenting a drug house
