William “Bill” McNish, age 83 of Fostoria, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017. Services will be held Wednesday, September 27th at 11:00 a.m. at the Blackburn Chapel – Martin Funeral Home. Visitation at the funeral home Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
