Imlay City school district voters head to the polls

(Imlay City) – Having been rejected the first time around, Imlay City school district voters are being asked a second time to pass a millage that if approved, would allow for a list of improvements for the district.

Voters are being asked to pass a three-year, 1.25 mill sinking fund proposal at this fall’s General Election that would generate around $465,000 in it’s first year.

Among the items to be addressed, if the bonding is approved, is replacing outdated windows at the Elementary school and various athletic facility improvements.
