DTF agents raid Port Huron home

A 48-year old Port Huron man was arrested Wednesday night following a raid at a residence on 18th Street in Port Huron. According to Sheriff Tim Donnellon, during the search of the home around 8 p.m., DTF agents seized two handguns, about $500 worth of heroin, marijuana and other drug materials, along with cash and cell phones.

The man is lodged in the St. Clair County Intervention and Detention Center and is expected to face multiple drug charges including possession of heroin and felony firearms. A 26-year old woman was released with her 7-year old child.

Charges will be sought for the woman. The Sheriff’s Special Response Team and Port Huron Police assisted at the scene of the raid.
