Sandusky students lauded for their efforts with Moving Wall project

The students of Sandusky high school have been working hard to help raise money for the Vietnam Memorial Moving Wall that will be coming to town Memorial Day weekend. At their meeting Wednesday evening, the school board recognized the efforts of the students and encouraged them to continue with their great work. So far, over $10,000 has been raised for the project through various fundraisers.

In other board news, Superintendent Michael Carmean told the board at least four candidates have applied for th e Superintendent’s position with more expected.

The application deadline is April 5th with final interviews to be held in early May.
