Marlette and Sandusky are off to a perfect start in the girls basketball season, following results from Thursday night. Caitlin Quade pumped in 18 points to lead Marlette to a lopsided 56-8 win over Vassar while at Sandusky, Jessica Kursinsky scored 14 points and Madysen Jansen added 12 to spark the Lady Redskins to their third straight win with a 58-26 decision over Cass City. Becki Krause fired in 18 points as Brown City rolled over Bad Axe 42-25, Croswell-Lexington turned back Yale 58-28 and Peck defeated New Haven Merritt 55-14.
