Sanilac ISD Board of Education approves annual audit report

(PECK) — The Sanilac ISD Board of Education met Monday night and approved the annual audit report for the 2015/2016 school year. The report listed revenues for the Special Education department at $4,422,470, with expenditures in the amount of $4,379,466. Revenues for the Career/Technical Education department came in at $3,758,812 with expenditures at $3,590,466. The General Education fund saw revenues of $2,497,812, with a $2,477,736 expenditure.
In other business, board members approved the purchase of a new copy machine for the Graphics Program in the amount of $6,134. The board also approved the resignation of board member Les King, and approved the appointment of Marlette resident Mike Kiley as his replacement, effective January 1st, 2017.
