Ryan Lochte rushed on “Dancing With the Stars” stage

LOS ANGELES (AP) – Looks like the controversy over Ryan Lochte’s antics at the Rio Olympics have followed him home. He was rushed by two men on stage during his debut appearance on “Dancing with the Stars.” Two men – wearing anti-Lochte T-shirts – were arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing. The men went on stage as Lochte was getting his scores for his first dance. Viewers at home couldn’t see what happened, but heard judge Carrie Ann Inaba (ee-NAH’-bah) exclaim “Hey back, off” at the men as the altercation took place. Host Tom Bergeron took the show to commercial and afterward explained that there was “a little incident.” Lochte says he is “a little hurt” by what happened. He and three of his swimming team mates have been criticized after claiming they were threatened and robbed at a gas station in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. But it turned out they were drunk and were ordered by security to clean up the mess they made.
