(BROWN CITY) — Burnside Township is holding a free scrap tire recycling event on Saturday, August 6 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the township hall, located at 7045 Burnside Road in Brown City for township residents. Passenger, truck and tractor tires will be accepted and all tires must be loaded into a semi trailer provided. Township residents are asked to contact the hall with an approximate tire count and sizes so they can accommodate as many as possible. The number is 810-346-3559.
