(BRIDGEHAMPTON TOWNSHIP) — Sanilac County Sheriff deputies investigated a crash on private property last Thursday evening around 6:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of E. Sanilac Road in Bridgehampton Township. Deputies report that a Dodge station wagon was being driven in the field by a 17-year old Sandusky boy. There were two other teens from Sandusky, ages 15 and 16, inside the vehicle. The driver failed to stop at a ditch in the field, resulting in the crash. The 16 and 17-year old boys were then transported to McKenzie Health System by family members. Deputies say alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
