Harvey James Fleming, age 91 of Decker, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016. Services will be held on Monday, July 25 at 11 a.m. at the Marsh Funeral Chapel in Marlette where visitation will be Sunday, July 24 from 1-8 p.m. and Monday, July 25 from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. Memorials may be given to the United Hospice of Marlette or Shriners Hospital.
